| Responsibilities: - |
| |
- Delivering strategic research projects driven by specific client (largely internal and in some cases external as well) needs and requirements.
- Strategic account reviews or sector reviews based on benchmarking and analysis of current issues.
- Delivering Point of Views by identifying emerging issues in the financial services sector and their implications on the industry participants.
- Help account managers prepare for bids and client meetings.

| Requirements: |
|
- A Post Graduate Degree in Management ONLY from a premier institute: IIM-A, B, C/FMS/IIT.
- About 2-4 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in one of the FS vertical such as Banking, Insurance, Securities, etc., or in a research and consulting set-up with particular focus on the FS sector.
- Ability to scope and structure work with a clear visibility of timelines.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.
- Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in developing and delivering MS Word and PowerPoint (ppt) based reports.
